Our Weather Policy
If the weather forecast calls for rain or a high air quality alert before your scheduled performance, please check your email regularly — we will send out a cancellation email up to 1 hour before the show starts. In the event of inclement weather during a production, the show will continue as long as it is safe for patrons, performers, and staff. If you choose to leave during the performance, there will be no refunds or exchanges offered. In the event of a cancellation, you may transfer your tickets to another evening, subject to availability. If tickets are unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
Each live performance is unique, but this is especially the case at our outdoor caravan where the stage and audience area are uncovered.
Before leaving home, consider bringing the following with you to the caravan: Bring your own shade, particularly for summer afternoons as performances can get quite hot. Sunglasses and a hat are good ideas, especially for the young ones.
Summer evenings can cool down, so a light jacket, fleece, or a lap blanket is always a good idea.
In the event of light rain, a poncho or rain coat is a must. Note that umbrellas are welcome but cannot be opened during a performance.
We have installed mosquito prevention machines around the property, and our shows end before sunset, but you may want to consider bringing bug repellant.
